User management

User management lets you control who can access your store's admin and what they can do. You can view all users with access to your store and modify their permissions.


Viewing users

  1. From your admin, go to Settings > Users
  2. You'll see a list of all users with access to your store
  3. Click on any user to view and edit their details

User permissions

Each user can be granted specific permissions that control what they can access:

Available permissions

  • Product Management - Add, edit, and manage products
  • Order Management - View and process customer orders
  • Content Management - Edit pages and content
  • User Management - Manage other users' permissions
  • Manual Orders - Create orders manually
  • Perform Refunds - Process customer refunds
  • Add Wallet Transaction - Add credits to customer wallets
  • Manage Webhooks - Configure webhook integrations
  • Store Configuration - Modify store settings
  • Access Print Addon - Use print-on-demand features

Important

Only grant permissions that users need for their role. Limiting access helps keep your store secure.


Editing user permissions

  1. Go to Settings > Users
  2. Click on the user you want to edit
  3. Toggle the permissions on or off
  4. Save your changes

Tip

Review user permissions periodically to ensure they still match each person's responsibilities.


Security best practices

  • Individual accounts - Each team member should have their own account
  • Minimal permissions - Only grant the permissions each user needs
  • Regular reviews - Audit user access periodically
  • Prompt updates - Update permissions when roles change
