Setting up Facebook review sync

Prerequisites:

• Facebook Business Page
• Facebook API credentials (access token)
• Admin access to your Facebook page

Configuration steps:

1. Go to Settings → Review Integration
2. Enable Facebook review integration
3. Enter your Facebook Page ID
4. Provide Facebook API access token (stored securely)
5. Save configuration

Automatic synchronisation

Once configured, the system:

• Syncs reviews from Facebook daily (runs automatically overnight)
• Fetches new reviews since the last sync
• Stores reviews in your database
• Makes reviews available for display via website review components

You don't need to manually trigger syncs - they happen automatically on schedule.
